Family Law
There are certain types of family conflicts that can only be resolved with the support of an attorney. Having to seek legal help for a personal matter can be daunting, especially if one has never dealt with the legal system before. Florida family law matters often involve placing family relationships and finances in the hands of the court, trusting that a just outcome will result.
- Barron Legal, PLLC is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome and a less stressful process for clients and their families in a broad spectrum of Florida family law matters:
- Divorce and Separation, including high-asset and complex divorce matters
- Child Custody and Support
- Mediation of family law conflicts
- Spousal Support: including temporary, fixed term (rehabilitative), or permanent awards of spousal support (alimony)
- Settlement agreements, drafting and negotiations
- Post-Judgment modifications of child support, spousal support, child custody, or parenting time
- Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements
- Adoptions, including stepparent adoptions, guardianship and private agency adoptions
- Annulments
Florida family law courts use a “best interests of the child” analysis to determine child custody and parenting time arrangements. It is essential to have an attorney who knows how to offer the court the facts it needs to make a wise decision.
Barron Legal, PLLC understands that family law clients need three things from an attorney: understanding and support at a difficult time in their lives; a knowledgeable guide through the legal system; and advocacy that places their needs, and those of their children, first.

Lemon Law or Warranty Rights
Florida’s Lemon Law protects consumers who have bought or leased a brand new car that is defective. If your new car, truck or SUV has had repeated problems that the dealer cannot repair, you may be able to make the manufacturer buy the vehicle back from you.
Barron Legal, PLLC will handle claims for defective cars, trucks, SUV’s, motorcycles, jet skis, assistive devices and many other consumer products if the purchase price is over $25. These may fall under the state lemon law or the Federal Magnuson Moss Warranty Rights Act. In most cases, there must either be repeated attempts to repair or fix the suspected “lemon” and those have failed, or the vehicle or product has been out of service for a specific number of days.
